Shipping
Every Tajazz order is packed by hand and gift-wrapped free of charge.
Within the UAE
- Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days after your order is confirmed.
- Cost: free on orders over AED 150. Orders under AED 150: AED 20.
- Cash on delivery is available within the UAE.
International
- Delivery time: usually 7 to 14 working days, depending on your country.
- Cost: calculated at checkout.
- Import duties or taxes may apply in some countries and are the customer's responsibility.
You'll receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
Returns and exchanges
- Changed your mind? Return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
- Gift sets can only be returned complete.
- Return delivery costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece.
Arrived damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including delivery.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of receiving the return. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
